How to Market your Law Practice

Memorable marketing ideas for law practices will be the focus of Feb. 29 workshop.

Cheshire law practice advisor, Douglas S. Brown, Esq. and Barbara Branagan-Mitchell, owner and director of Branagan Communications Consultants LLC (BCC) (www.branagancommunications.com) in New Milford, Conn., a public relations, publicity placement, marketing communications and writing and editing consulting agency,  will collaborate to present a workshop on “How to Market and Publicize Your Law Practice With Memorable Marketing Messages” on Wednesday, February 29 at the Cheshire Chamber Commerce in Cheshire, Connecticut.

Attendees to the February 29 event will learn from Brown and Branagan-Mitchell steps that law firms can take to create ongoing, awareness-building marketing messages, and tactics for packaging those messages and distributing them to wide target audiences. “This workshop,” stated Brown, “is designed for attorneys and related service professionals, but is not limited to those business professionals. The materials Barbara Branagan-Mitchell and I will deliver would help any businessperson effectively market and brand their company, product and services to the audiences they want to reach.”

In their collaborative workshop, Brown will provide attendees with steps for creating compelling marketing messages and Branagan-Mitchell will provide step-by-step tactics for writing press releases and captioned photos and distributing these powerful marketing tools to media outlets that assist in building awareness of law firms, and other types of businesses, with their specific target audiences.
