Postponed Cheshire School Budget Presentation Tonight
Snow cancelled last week's meeting, which will be held tonight at Dodd Middle School.
Last week's snowstorm led to the cancellation of the special meeting Thursday where Supt. of Schools Dr. Greg Florio was to present his proposed 2014-15 school budget.
That meeting will now take place tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Dodd Middle School.
Originally, tonight's meeting and another scheduled for Thursday was scheduled to be a Public Budget Review of Administrative Review of Accounts. But with last week's storm, the presentation will be tonight.
There will be several meetings this month pertaining to the proposed budget:
- Public Budget Review, Administrative Review of Accounts: Thursday, Jan. 9 at 7:30 p.m. at Dodd Middle School.
- Public Informational Meeting/Board Member Responses to Superintendent’s Budget/Adoption of a Board of Education Budget, if possible on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Dodd Middle School.
- If necessary: Special Meeting of the Board of Education to Adopt a board of Education Budget on Thursday, Jan. 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Dodd Middle School.
