Student Spotlight: Achievements of Cheshire Residents
Town residents are excelling at area colleges.
Alan Dagesse and Alyssa Massaro, both of Cheshire, earned the distinction of Dean's List at the Georgia Institute of Technology for Fall 2013. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 3.0 or higher academic average for the semester.

Jingzhou Zhang of Cheshire earned the distinction of Faculty Honors for Fall 2013 at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 4.0 academic average for the semester.

- Lauren Como, a freshman majoring in Comm Sciences & Disorders - BS
Hartwick College junior Phoebe Blume of Cheshire, daughter of Martha and Alan Blume, has been named to the fall term Dean's List at Hartwick. Inclusion on Hartwick's Dean List is an indication of excellent academic work, including the completion of a full course load with at least a 3.5 grade point average based on a 4.0 scale.

Brandon R. Ragozzino of Cheshire has been named to the President's List at Western New England for the fall semester of 2013. Ragozzino is majoring in Health Sciences. Students are named to the President's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.80 or higher.
