Tip-a-Cop In Cheshire

"To Serve and Protect" takes on new meaning for fundraiser.

Support Special Olympics and have some fun being served by Cheshire Law Enforcement officers in this annual event on Thursday.

The event will be held at The Waverly Inn from 5 - 9 p.m. The officers will serve dinner, which gives new meaning to the phrase "To Serve and Protect."

All donations help provide year-round training and competition for over 6,400 Connecticut athletes involved in Special Olympics.
