Cheshire Fitness Zone

<p>The Cheshire Fitness Zone is run by a highly trained staff of professionals who specialize in working with children and adolescents of all abilities. It features pediatric aquatic therapy, speech therapy, pediatric occupational therapy and physical therapy. Fitness and weight management classes are offered in addition to sports training birthday party events.</p> <p>The Zone's fitness equipment is specifically designed for children and includes cardio and weight machines, fee weights, virtual reality fitness, rock climbing as well as speed, agility and quickness stations.</p>
