Norm Bournival opened up Norm's Pioneer Barber Shop 50 years ago in Cheshire, with the last 36 being at this warm and lovely victorian at 29 Wallingford Road. Unfortunately, Norm passed away in 2009, but his wife and barber partner Jill have carried on the business. This comfortable barber shop has been the preferred barber shop for generations of Cheshire residents.
