<p>Although there are countless bottles and varieties of wine for sale at South End Spirits, owner Jim Burbato ensures they are all of the highest quality. Each bottle is personally tasted before being put on the shelves,  allowing the staff to not only be highly knowledgeable about its products, but also allows for the many recommendations and detailed descriptions you will find throughout the store.</p> <p>Each evening you can find a different bottle for tasting while on Friday and Saturdays expect to find three or four. And if you can't find what you're looking for, South End will be happy to order it for you.</p>
