My wife and I have been shopping at South End for more than three years, and Jim has an acute sense of what we like, our normal price range, and our eclectic interests. And when he or any of his team recommend a product, they do so only after developing a precise awareness of the product. And, more often than not, a recommended product is LESS COSTLY than the one we may have intended to buy!
