Advanced Studies, Test Preparation: An Individualized Approach, The Writing Skills and Essential Skills Programs (math &/or reading) and Study Skills. Author of the Handle Associates Writing Skills Workbook. Member of Secondary School Admission Test Board Authorized educational consultant for the Flex Test. Laura is a referral agent for the Center for Talented Youth, sponsored by Johns Hopkins University. Laura graduated summa cum laude from Iona College with a B.A. in English. She holds a M.A. in Literature from Fordham University. She earned a Certificate in Administration and Supervision and a Sixth Year in Ed. Admin. from S.C.S.U. She has been teaching writing and language skills for more than thirty years. She has served as a high school English teacher and administrator in public schools in NY, NJ, and CT as well as Adjunct Instructor of Writing at Quinnipiac College for ten years. She served as principal of a Connecticut public middle school before establishing Handle Associates in 1995.
