Election 2013 officially began this week when the Republican and Democratic town committees met to endorse candidates for the November election.
The Democratic Town Committee endorsed the following candidates:
Town Council
1st District - Kristen Selleck
2nd District - Matt Bowman
3rd District - Liz Linehan
4th District - Peter Talbot
At Large - Michael Ecke, Patty Flynn-Harris, Dan Nowak, Joe Schmitt
Board of Education - Stephen Mrowka, Kathryn Fabiani
The Republican Town Committee endorsed the following candidates:
Town Council
1st District - David Schrumm
2nd District - Tom Ruocco
3rd District - Andrew Falvey
4th District - Mike O’Donnell
At Large - Tim Slocum, Jim Sima, Sylvia Nichols, Rob Oris Jr
Board of Education - Adam Grippo, Sandy Pavano, Tony Perugini
According to reports, Falvey publicly stated that he doesn't intend to run and may be replaced with another candidate.
